Who we are
Core Investments provides investment education, market intelligence, research and transaction-support services for international investors evaluating Thai resort property. References to "we", "our" and "us" in this policy refer to Core Investments.
What information we collect
When you submit the Total Return Calculator scenario for professional review we collect: your first name, last name, email address, country of residence, optional phone number, declared investment budget range, declared investment timeline, the inputs and outputs of the calculator scenario you submitted, and the page you were viewing. We also derive a one-way hash of your IP address and store the browser user agent string for security and rate-limiting purposes. We do not store your raw IP address.
Why we collect it
Submissions are reviewed by the Core Investments team so we can return a personalised investment report and recommendations. We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to share occasional research and market intelligence relevant to international resort-property investors.
Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting the request, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to an investment enquiry you have initiated.
How long we keep it
Submission records are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of professional advice provided, and in any case no longer than seven years from your last interaction with us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Internally, submissions are accessible only to authorised members of the Core Investments advisory team. We use Lovable Cloud (database, authentication and email infrastructure) as our processor to host the platform and deliver responses. We may disclose information where required by law.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is operated through providers that may store data outside your country of residence. Where this is the case we rely on standard contractual safeguards offered by those providers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email frank@coreinvestasia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party storage to remember which research articles you have read and to power calculator preloads. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be used to understand which pages are most useful to investors.
Security
Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database protected by row-level security policies. Only authenticated administrators can read submitted records. All access is logged.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
