Frank Satar is an Australian real estate professional, property investor and investment researcher with more than three decades of experience across real estate, finance, property development, hospitality and investment advisory.

Born in Tehran, Iran and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Frank entered the real estate industry at the age of 18 and has spent his career helping investors understand the relationship between demand, property performance and long-term wealth creation. At the age of 26, he was awarded his Full Real Estate Agent’s Licence through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), establishing the foundation for a career that would span multiple countries, market cycles and asset classes.

Real estate has always been more than a profession. It has been a lifelong passion and a family business. For more than 26 years, Frank’s family has operated a mortgage brokerage business in Melbourne, assisting Australians with property finance and home ownership. This experience provided a unique understanding of both property acquisition and lending, giving him insight into how real estate markets function from multiple perspectives.

Throughout his career, Frank has held senior leadership positions across Australia, Thailand and Southeast Asia, working with property developers, hotel groups, real estate agencies and investment organisations. He has led international sales and marketing teams, built distribution networks, developed market-entry strategies and helped drive the success of major real estate and hospitality projects throughout the region.

In addition to advising clients, Frank is also an active property investor with investments across both Thailand and Australia. His practical experience as an investor provides valuable perspective on the opportunities and challenges faced by individuals seeking to build long-term wealth through real estate.

Across his career, the combined value of property transactions and mortgage lending facilitated for clients has exceeded AUD $500 million. While proud of the scale of these transactions, Frank believes that true success is measured not by transaction volume, but by helping people make better-informed investment decisions.

Today, Frank is the Chief Founder and Research Director of Core Investments, an investment intelligence platform focused on tourism demand, hospitality performance, aviation growth, infrastructure investment and property markets throughout Thailand.
